1. Click on Start menu -> Run.
2. Type cleanmgr and click OK.
3. Now you should have this on the screen.
This is a list of all the temporary files that exist on your hard disk but has not been cleared. Clearing it may look useless but over a passage of time it accumulates to a considerable amount. See those check marks? Check those which you want to clear. You can see the space you can clear. Click on OK.
Note : You may not want to clear all! Please check carefully!
4. Click on OK.
5. When the dialogue box appears click Yes.
6. Wait for sometime depending on the amount of data to be cleared.
